01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "xdaji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the xdaji platform operated at xdaji.io and all associated services, interfaces, and infrastructure.
• "Platform" refers to the xdaji website accessible at https://xdaji.io, including all pages, subdomains, APIs, mobile-optimised interfaces, and downloadable materials published by xdaji.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or transacts through the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a registered xdaji user account that has been successfully verified and is in good standing.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held within a user's xdaji Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet value, reload bonuses, or cashback amounts awarded by xdaji under a current promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event outcome, casino game round, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before xdaji processes any withdrawal request, as described in Section 3 and Section 5 of these Terms.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, represented by the ৳ symbol.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all xdaji operational and support purposes.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the xdaji Platform in any capacity — including browsing as a guest, registering a new account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the xdaji Privacy Policy and any supplementary rules applicable to specific products or promotions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xdaji Platform and close any account you hold. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and xdaji regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The xdaji Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. xdaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The xdaji Platform is operated and marketed primarily for users located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. xdaji makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in locations outside Bangladesh, and access from restricted jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering a new account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. xdaji reserves the right to void bets, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where false or misleading registration information is detected.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold a maximum of one registered xdaji Account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment method details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and permanent forfeiture of any associated balances.

04 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your xdaji username and password. xdaji will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify xdaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

xdaji is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within the past three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format.

4.3 Account Suspension

xdaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or irregular betting activity. Suspended accounts will be subject to investigation, and funds may be withheld pending the outcome of such investigation.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that records no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. xdaji may apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to inactive account balances after the initial twelve-month inactivity period has elapsed. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xdaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Attempts to deposit via unverified or third-party payment intermediaries are not permitted and may result in funds being held or returned.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the xdaji account cashier interface and are subject to change at xdaji's discretion. Changes to transaction limits will be communicated to registered users at least 72 hours in advance via email or on-platform notification.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day if submitted before 20:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed on the following business day. xdaji does not charge processing fees on standard BDT withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply its own fees. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding or if the account is under review.

5.4 Currency

All transactions — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xdaji does not charge currency conversion fees because no currency conversion is performed. What you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your account balance in BDT.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the xdaji Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. xdaji is not liable for errors made by users at the point of bet placement.

6.2 Void Bets

xdaji reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In the event of a voided bet, the staked amount is returned to the user's account balance in full. Stakes on voided bets are not eligible for bonus wagering contribution.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and may be suspended at any time at xdaji's discretion, particularly during live cricket events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. xdaji accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on delayed data feeds or connectivity issues on the user's device.

6.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino game outcomes on the xdaji Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer tables, by independently audited physical dealing procedures. xdaji does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the respective game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe — and are available on request.

6.5 Maximum Win Limits

xdaji may apply a maximum win cap per single bet event or per daily session, displayed within the specific product's rules section. Wins exceeding the stated maximum cap will be adjusted to the cap amount at settlement. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be clearly communicated before bet placement.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload credits, and promotional offers made available through xdaji are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the xdaji Offers & Promotions page at the time the offer is active. General bonus terms apply where specific terms do not address a particular scenario.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times — stated in the individual offer terms — before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Only qualifying game categories contribute to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period, which begins from the date the bonus is credited to the account. Bonus funds and any derived winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account balance without notice.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by xdaji is strictly prohibited. xdaji reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected, without prior notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xdaji Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one xdaji account, whether using your own identity or that of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit pricing errors at scale.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with events on which you have placed bets via xdaji.
• Using the xdaji Platform for any money laundering activity, including making deposits with the intention of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the xdaji Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Accessing the xdaji Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xdaji support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or using the account of another registered user.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the xdaji Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, graphical interfaces, software, data, text, imagery, layout, and the xdaji name — is the exclusive intellectual property of xdaji or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of xdaji.

Game content, including game titles, artwork, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — and is licensed to xdaji for use on the Platform. These studios' intellectual property rights are expressly reserved.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any xdaji trademark, logo, or proprietary content outside of the normal, permitted use of the Platform as a registered user.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xdaji and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed based on incorrect information, delayed data feeds, or connectivity failures on the user's device or network.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on odds, statistics, or other data published on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate.
• Any failure or delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to your payment provider, banking institution, or mobile money operator.

Nothing in this section limits xdaji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

xdaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users on the Platform. The following tools are available to every verified xdaji account holder and can be activated by contacting [email protected] or through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in BDT to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts after a specified period of continuous play and set hard session cut-off times.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting activity for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the xdaji Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the requested exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing time spent on the Platform and current session balance changes.

12 Suspension & Termination

xdaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where xdaji determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A user's account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to xdaji.
• A user has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with xdaji support.

Upon termination of an account for cause, xdaji reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Users may voluntarily close their xdaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified withdrawable balance will be returned via the user's registered payment method.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the xdaji Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform shall first be submitted to xdaji's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

xdaji aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and to reach a resolution within 28 calendar days of acknowledgement. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an attempt to limit or exclude such statutory rights.

14 Amendments to These Terms

xdaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xdaji will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account at least 14 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be published at https://xdaji.io/terms-conditions with the revised effective date clearly stated.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the xdaji Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
